Independence Day falls on Wednesday, so we all have a random, mid-week night off! The big event, of course, is the Raleigh Fireworks display, which has been moved from downtown to the Varsity Lot near PNC Arena. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the fireworks launch at 9:30 p.m. Here's what else is happening this week in Raleigh:
Monday: $5 Burgers
Why not start off your week with an All-American burger? Head to The Station for $5 burgers all day!
Tuesday: Pairings on the Patio
Throughout the summer, Plates is hosting Pairings on the Patio on Tuesdays from 5 p.m - 7 p.m. This week, enjoy Mussels and Mediterranean Whites for $19. There will also be live music!
Wednesday: Brier Creek 4th of July Fireworks
Aside form the main event at PNC Arena, there will be fireworks displays throughout the Triangle. Brier Creek will host a block party starting 7 p.m., complete with a fireworks display later in the evening. Check out the Facebook event page for details!
