Monday: Science & Beer
Join the NC State Center for Human Health and the Environment at Raleigh Brewing Company for Beer Reviewed Science: A discussion on BPA. What is BPA? Is it really better to drink from BPA-free bottles? Actual scientists will answer these questions and more while you sip on beers. The event starts at 6pm!
Wednesday: Burger & Beer
Head to Oak & Dagger tonight and get a burger and a beer for just $10. What a deal!

Friday: Party Time! Excellent!
This Friday's PNC Downtown Raleigh Movie Series happens to be my FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME, Wayne's World! There will be food trucks, beer and lots of laughs. The fun starts at 5pm and the movie starts at sundown. Get to the City Plaza early for a good spot!
Saturday: Raleigh Rum's 2nd Anniversary Party
Raleigh Rum is celebrating their 2 year anniversary! Tour the facility and be among the first to try the newly released Sweet Dark Rum. If you work up an appetite, BBQ Proper will be onsite. Raleigh Rum opens at 2pm!
Sunday: Independence Day Block Party
Independence Day falls on a Tuesday this year (BOO), but Neuse River Brewing and Nickelpoint are joining forces to celebrate early with an epic block party featuring your favorite food trucks and beer. The event will benefit Sound Rivers, a non-profit that protects the Neuse and Tar-Pamlico River Basins.
